F-Secure Consulting are looking for a driven, commercially minded Marketing Operations Manager to join its global marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production and execution of global marketing campaigns, as well as measuring their success against performance targets to determine commercial impact and identify improvement opportunities.

This role will be ideal for an experienced, confident and assertive marketing professional looking to make an impact in a performance-driven marketing team. You will lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers based across all our core operating regions, orchestrating multiple campaigns to generate brand awareness and demand for our consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global marketing plan for the Consulting Business Unit (BU), this comprises all global and regional BU marketing activities. Schedule and track marketing outputs (events, website, content, paid ad activity). Ensure the plan is set at least 1 month ahead of time and communicated to all stakeholders internally.
  • Identify risks that threaten the execution of the plan. Find solutions so deadlines are met, and a consistent level of outputs and quality is maintained.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of global marketing campaign plans from post sign-off to wash up; plan content & digital production activities, drive internal global mobilization, coordinate execution in all operating regions, report clearly and concisely on global campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive a consistent standard of regional marketing performance. Synchronize global and regional marketing activities. Identify repeatable best practices and opportunities to exploit economies of scale across multiple regions wherever possible.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams and marketers to drive marketing/sales collaboration and ensure a high level of sales engagement with marketing campaigns.
  • Actively seek internal and client feedback on campaigns. Continuously seek ways to improve the standard of marketing assets and activities. Ensure the needs of our regions, capability areas, major accounts and key targets are reflected in the planned global marketing activities.
  • Drive cross-BU collaboration, ensuring we coordinate with the marketing activities of all other BUs and take advantage of synergies.
  • Own marketing data (digital and Salesforce) as well as qualitative feedback. Develop and manage a set of marketing performance reports and provide internal stakeholders with insightful summary reports and data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Incorporate scientific, data-led testing of messaging, content type and channels into campaigns to help refine and improve our approach.
  • Own the execution of global digital events.
  • Project manage longer term marketing transformation projects on behalf of consulting with help from appropriate SMEs, e.g. website rebuild, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Optimize marketing ROI. Generate maximum impact with the global budget allocated to each campaign. Support and guide regional marketers in getting the best returns from their local marketing budgets.

What are we looking for?

  • A confident and assertive people manager with a clear and direct communication style. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience managing a team, ideally globally.
  • Performance driven. Proactive, accountable and delivery focused. Highly disciplined and organized, able to orchestrate multiple campaigns globally.
  • Strong commercial acumen. Understands how the marketing function can best contribute to business’ commercial goals and wider strategy. Able to communicate the activities and outputs of marketing in this context.
  • Experienced in executing content-led marketing campaigns, ideally in a professional services market.
  • B2B experience, strong understanding of all B2B channels, ABM experience highly desirable.
  • Digital confidence, experience with email, web, search, social and paid – does not need to be hands on, just needs to understand the art of the possible.
  • Digital events experience desirable.
  • Analytical and data-driven in their approach. Confident Salesforce and marketing cloud user.
  • Strong English language & numerical skills.
