Job Description

We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to join our team, working for a multinational client that’s a leader in technology. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with some experience in a multinational environment, ideally in a sales administration or operations capacity along with being an expert in Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes. You'll work within a team handling a high volume of requests so attention to detail is key.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
  • Attend relevant meetings, community calls, and training calls to understand tools and processes changes to provide efficient support to users and conduct end-user training
  • Manage field escalations (quota management, quota distribution, user queries)
  • Research, preparation, and processing for pull forward/IRAs/MRAs
  • Process timely, accurate (audited) quota shifts and validation of quota check quota distribution
  • Audit management of reports (quota management, quota distribution)
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analysis
  • Work with local Sales Excellence, BSO and sales leadership for final sign-off of quota (initial cascade, quota, shifts, quarterly quota windows
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Pre-sales and sales operations for small/ mid-market

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite
  • 1 years’ experience in a sales support, operations or administration position
  • Familiarity with corporate sales, B2B sales, sales excellence, business planning and/or finance
  • Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business
  • Functional knowledge of partners, services, sales, marketing
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills
