You will be part of a global organization working within different industries and sectors together with competent and inspiring colleagues across the firm. As a risk consultant within our RCC practice, you will assist our clients in managing their regulatory risks and help transforming compliance processes to meet ever increasing stakeholder and regulatory demands. You need to have a passion for working practically and pro-active with the compliance processes to find the most efficient and value-adding solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the best specialists in the market and to develop within your consulting role. Personally, you need to enjoy the ever-changing and dynamic project-based role of a consultant but at the same time apply your legal background and analytic skills to solve our clients’ requests. You will work with different regulatory and compliance agendas such as Financial Crime Prevention, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Operational resilience, Data protection etc.
As a Risk Consultant with a special focus on regulatory and compliance risks you will be involved in various client projects within different sectors including financial services, industrial sector and the public sector. More specifically, in your role you will together with other colleagues:
Advise clients on internal control structures based on regulatory requirements and best practices
Perform reviews or internal audit engagements based on regulatory requirements
Advise and inform clients on how to be compliant with new regulations
Perform investigations on potential breaches of internal or external rules
Undertake workshops and train external stakeholders and clients on how to best manage regulatory risks
We are looking for high-performing lawyers or risk
professionals with a legal background. If you're newly graduated or have up to
5 years of experience from Risk Management, Anti-Bribery & Corruption,
Ethics or Compliance and Governance - you could be the one we're looking
for. University law graduates with limited or no experience are accordingly welcome to apply!
Personal characteristics include a business focus, excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a team-oriented way of working. We value team players, international experience, diverse backgrounds and strong drive and passion!
Relevant experience working with Risk Management and digital solutions is also a plus. Fluency in English is a requirement.
