What we are looking for
You always put the customer first and are passionate about delivering a great customer experience in everything you do. You currently work with or have a background working hands-on with CRM, in a line position, or as a consultant. You support the development of CRM strategies and are a role model for a customer-centric and data-driven way of working within an organization. You are a strong project leader and change driver.
The structure and preparation needed to deliver a first-class customer experience in all touchpoints with the customer come naturally to you. You have a personal commitment to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty based on customer data and insights. We are looking for someone with experience in all components of CRM including customer journey mapping, customer insights, and customer communication.
You have experience within at least one CRM system and marketing automation tool. You feel confident in discussions regarding development roadmaps for CRM with product owners, developers, and external suppliers. Based on your experience you can also argue for pros and cons between different solutions with potential clients from diverse industries and with various digital maturity.
What you can expect from us
Within Curamando, you will be part of projects and gather experiences that would be impossible to amass working on the client-side. You will be exposed to new industries, clients in various stages of digital maturity, and sudden challenges mid-project that no one could have anticipated but needs to be addressed. You will meet and interact with both C-level management, client-side experts, and vendors. Within this context you will have the opportunity to further improve your ability to quickly understand and assess a situation, effectively frame the issue, and present clear and structured arguments for your reasoning.
Typical CRM-projects that we at Curamando and ARC help our customers with within CRM is for example: setting CRM strategies, interim CRM roles, email marketing projects and CRM maturity assessments. We are system independent.
