The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.

Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.

Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.

Central Network Services drives and contributes to the delivery of cloud-based Network products. Within this central department, we act as delivery and subject matter experts towards our customers and internal stakeholders.

We are now looking for a (Senior) Manager to join Central Network Services

to drive, support and further develop our customer focused delivery organization that provides strong technical project and post go-live consulting as part of Basware’s global Customer Services organization. In addition, the selected person plays an important role in securing Basware’s and our customers’ success while working in close collaboration with local counterparts and regional project managers.

In this role, you will be engaging with your team leads and members, peers and customers to ensure an excellent customer experience, timely execution and high-quality end-to-end delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the unit’s operations, processes and practices are developed and aligned with the global guiding principles. You will support Central Services management in strategy execution and take ownership of certain defined strategic development initiatives. We’d like you to cooperate closely with sales, technical teams and customers to ensure projects scope/requirements, schedule and KPI’s are met successfully.

  • Agile in approach and having the ability to make mid-course adjustments to planned activities in order to achieve targeted goals.
  • The ability to champion and evangelize project delivery excellence with a strong understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle and how delivery services fits into this
  • A drive for continuous improvements of our delivery process model and our best practices.

Skills & Requirements

We would enjoy working with a professional, who possess/holds…

  • IT / Computer Science Bachelor or Master degree.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of people & business management experience.

  • Relevant background in scoping, planning, prioritizing, managing and delivering of small high-volume projects.

  • Solid experience in queue, risk and escalation management.

  • Strong influencer, communicator, motivator and collaborator with a vast experience of working in matrix organizations.
  • Quick learner with the correct hands-on attitude and a self-driven challenger, looking for continuous development and adding value to our processes.

  • Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of software products.

  • Strong presentation, customer service, business understanding and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
