Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a learning designer to join our passionate team in Stockholm.

The learning designer will be responsible for defining and developing world class learning programs and curriculums, enabling users to maximize the benefits of our battery systems. Also developing digital learning experiences that are engaging, modern and tailored.

The team you will join is driven and innovative, with a strong team spirit, supporting each other on the exciting journey to enable the future of energy.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with subject matter experts, business partners and customers to evaluate training needs and develop training programs and learning solutions
  • Drive, design and produce digital learning solutions
  • Develop trainings within areas such as safety, product, service, troubleshooting and train-the-trainer.

Skills & Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proven pedagogical skills
  • Experience in setting up service, safety, troubleshooting and train-the- trainer programs is a plus
  • Experience in developing digital learning content (i.e animations, eLearnings, video micro based learning)

  • Preferred experience and interest in renewable energy sector

Specific Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Highly organized and result-driven
  • An eye for detail
  • Great at managing projects, from start to end, you have the structure and stamina to see things through
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about communicating complex process in a pedagogical, clear and user-friendly way.
  • Bold in trying out new technologies, methods and building up something form the start.

Northvolt makes green batteries for a blue planet. Affordable cells and high-quality battery systems. All manufactured with a record-low carbon footprint. Purposely built to provide Europe with the opportunity to switch to renewable energy – efficiently and entirely.
