F-Secure Consulting is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst that can manage the full lifecycle of digital activity with a strong focus on B2B ABM initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of digital marketing campaigns targeting a mixture of brand awareness and demand generation objectives.

You will join a global marketing team that measures its performance in terms of the commercial impact of its marketing campaign activities. This role will suit a digital marketer looking to enter the exciting world of cyber security and is an opportunity to take the lead on the digital marketing channel for a fast growing Business Unit in a successful company.
Drive digital marketing activity within the digital eco-system, including paid social, paid search and programmatic display. Optimize digital marketing performance for both demand generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Research and provide digital marketing recommendations to help shape marketing campaigns including informing about the competitive landscape, setting digital objectives, keywords, channel and budget recommendations.
Analyze outputs from the mar-tech stack to produce data insights and informative reports, which can then be used to guide marketing and wider commercial activities.
Contribute to the commercial objectives of the global business and the local needs of each operating region. You will be able to help identify, and drive account specific digital marketing campaign activities based on commercial goals.
Support the transformation of our website, helping us to optimize it for organic search, user journey, engagement and conversion.
Train and educate relevant stakeholders to help drive the adoption of digital marketing approaches across the business. You are the expert; we would like you to help spread this knowledge and up-skill others.
What are we looking for?
2+ years in a digital marketing role, with demonstrable analytics experience. Must understand how each of our channels work, and their use-cases.
A true digital advocate with an experimental and creative mind who is not afraid to internally sell the value and results of the channels they look after. Must have strong inter-personal skills and be able to translate numbers into clear recommendations for marketing colleagues and non-marketing stakeholders alike.
B2B marketing experience, ideally within a professional services company.
Strong account-based marketing experience targeting enterprise customers. Understanding of their customer journeys and how we can engage positively with them.
Meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of the digital eco-system, tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams.
Structured planning and budget management skills with ROI driven mindset.
Excellent understanding and experience of platforms including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter, Demandbase (or similar) and SEMrush. Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
Have previously tested and analyzed the effect of online channels and their contribution to customer journeys.
Experience of creating custom marketing dashboards through Tableau is highly desirable.
