You will be liaising with different Practice Leaders and Skill Center Managers to determine recruitment needs
You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles
You love sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, use of headhunters and career fairs
You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.
You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within IT recruitment
Experience working with an ATS tool, knowledge of Jobylon is an advantage
Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies
Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants
Able to make candidates enthusiastic and to present them to the business in a consultative manner
Energetic, driven and a real team player
Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset
Fluent in English with good understanding of French or Dutch
