Northvolt has an exciting internship opportunity to join the document control team in the larger Process and Manufacturing Engineering team in Stockholm.

In joining us you will play an important role in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.

You will be working intimately with process and material handling engineers to deliver the complete fit for purpose set of downstream project documents to Northvolt Ett (to start with). As a document controller intern, you will be partaking this mission by making sure that documents are properly collected, reviewed and distributed in accordance with the procedures of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software Teamcenter under the document controller’s leadership.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Daily assist in document related issue for both employees and suppliers.

-Retrieve files as requested by employees and suppliers.

-Assist template/guideline creation for future use.

-Manage the flow of documentation within the organisation.

-Assist workshop for Teamcenter new releases, new work instruction and etc.

-Create reports of process weight, Master Document Register.

-Help provide Teamcenter trainings to employees and suppliers as needed.

-Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

Skills & Requirements


-BSc degree or higher in project management, engineering or other relevant field

-Familiarity with project management

-Hands-on experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Sharepoint

-Proven work experience as a Document controller or similar role is a plus

-Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SharePoint

-Basic knowledge of PLM system

-Must have worked in a multi-cultural environment

Specific Skills/Abilities

-Excellent English written and oral skills. Korean, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus

-Good communication & facilitation skills in a supportive and cooperative manner

-Creative problem-solving skills
