WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MASSIVE COLLECTIONS EXTERNAL RECOVERY LEAD
Nordic Collections is an independent business unit in Santander Consumer Bank AS, and functionally divided into 5 areas; Massive Collections, Late Collections, Re-Marketing, Country Execution, and BDS & Analytics. Massive Collections consists of significant volumes, and activities performed at a high pace, and it’s the banks first activity related to delinquent customers. We are now looking for an External Recovery Lead to join our Massive Collections Team, that is managing our providers performing the outsourced phone collections activities.
The External Recovery Lead, plays a key role in massive collections, implementing the common Nordic strategy and actively managing the providers; steering, controlling and driving results. Performance tracking, ad hoc reporting, and quality controls are part of the daily routine, as well as coaching, training and supporting the external teams. The Massive team works closely with internal and external stakeholders, initiating, implementing and following up on campaigns and other activities.
As an External Recovery Lead, you have a strong strategic mindset, an analytical and data-driven approach. You are a confident negotiator and have the ability to influence others. Excellent communication skills is a requirement, as well as fluency in English and Swedish or Finnish. You have a proactive, goal oriented approach, and you are innovative and self-driven. Knowledge in Collections and/or call centers is considered to be beneficial, as well as experience in SAS/SQL.
The Massive Collections team is a small team working closely, cross borders. The members of the team work to a great extent independently, as we work from partly different locations. Frequent travelling must be expected, when conditions allow it.
We offer a wide variety of interesting challenges and opportunities to develop both the business and yourself in an international environment. The position is covering for a parental leave and temporary until 30.9.2022, and is located in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Helsinki.
