Basware Corporate Functions supports Basware business by providing and continuously developing high quality tools, processes and expertise to enable successful execution of company strategy, effective operations, and happy internal and external customers.

Corporate Functions has skilled and development-oriented people working across the world in all of Basware’s 14 countries, with truly global ways of working, and consists of Digital Office, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Legal and Sourcing teams.

Together with other Basware units, Corporate Functions ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.

We are now looking for Senior Manager – Digital Support and Operations
to join our team_._

Key role responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing of global Digital service desk and operations and related processes. You are Solid Line Manager of skilled Digital team in India.

As Senior Manager you are key contributor in Indian Country Management Team and are working closely in collaboration with other Digital teams and local business functions.

You are taking ownership of running change management related processes (e.g. Change Advisory Board) and incident management including incident communication. You are also managing local Digital vendors and are responsible for local IT infrastructure.

Skills & Requirements

What you should have

  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices related to incident and change management and service operation
  • To have leadership and people management experience and you have been leading the service desk operation.
  • Good communication skills and process orientated mindset.
  • Experience in working in a Global matrix .
  • We would enjoy working with a professional, who share the same passion in delivering and developing Digital services that are provided to Basware employees.
  • You are result orientated, you have good decision-making skills and are able to run operations independently.
