Our Partner who is one of the biggest insurance companies in Hungary decided to implement a CRM system to support the lead & campaign management and to have a comprehensive client view as part of the modern sales and marketing operation.
The mission of Capgemini is to deliver the desired CRM functionality and to provide consultancy, migration expertise and design integration architecture as well to establish the whole sales support ecosystem. The new CRM system will be hosted in Cloud environment and will be integrated with various legacy systems.
