We are looking for a fun, energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help grow our Client Success teams across North America as our business continues to build and evolve in the global market. This is a full-cycle, individual contributor position reporting into the Head of Talent for North America.

About The Role

  • Manage the full cycle hiring process from entry to mid-level sales roles, from sourcing to start date across our Client Success departments in the US and Canada
  • Be a trusted advisor and partner with sales leadership in developing our recruitment strategy for future employees
  • Work closely with the Directors of each office
  • Dig in and master the recruitment role so you will have the ability to drive recruitment strategies, evaluate top talent, and navigate a high-touch hiring process
  • Source and recruit candidates who will 'raise the bar’ and continue to drive the business forward with a high level of standards
  • Develop and manage processes that drive exceptional candidate experiences
  • Be a Meltwater Ambassador: Effectively evangelize the Meltwater story to candidates across the country, act as an advocate for our company values and promote people and culture to candidates

Skills & Requirements

Your Skills And Experience

  • University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results
  • 2-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience (in-house recruitment preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of success and innovative thinking
  • Experience using data to drive recruitment pipelines
  • Passion for digital media, technology and what it can do for businesses today
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Drive & killer instinct
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Excellent level of proficiency in written and spoken English bonus points for written & spoken fluency in Spanish

All Meltwater offices are currently remote due to COVID-19 - this position will be onboarded remotely, and will have flex-work options once offices reopen.

Compensation: On Target Earnings ~ $115,000 - $140,000 USD annually
