Northvolt has an exciting job offer as the Recycling team is now looking for an Industrial Project Manager.

As Industrial Project Manager, you will have ownership of delivering Revolt plant(s) to be established in Germany / potentially elsewhere in Europe. You will drive the process of getting the equipment specified, designed, ordered, delivered, installed and commissioned on site. This involves close cooperation with the Recycling Process team, as well as with the Construction team preparing the facility on site. Furthermore, you will act as key interface towards potential partners, and manage all parties involved in getting the recycling plant up and running. You are an experienced project manager, preferably having led similar establishment projects in previous roles.

Skills & Requirements

Education / experience:

  • BSc or MSc degree, in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Management
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management roles
  • Experience working in demanding industrial environments
  • Experience of industrial plant establishment is a plus but not a requirement

Specific skills / abilities:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly organized and result driven
  • Proactive and goes beyond expectations
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills, Swedish and/or German is a plus
