We are now looking to hire a talented individual as an Associate to join our office in Manila and to help developing our business in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. This is management consulting with a higher purpose.
The team is based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, but is currently operating under more flexible work-from-home arrangements due to COVID-19. We deliver advisory and consultancy services, as well as trade and investment promotion, related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare, transportation, services, and manufacturing. Our clients’ businesses are often driven by digitalisation, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes, but is not limited to, market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, sales channel set-up, legal establishment, and incorporation, as well as client and partner acquisition.
What do we expect from you?
We are currently looking to expand the team with someone who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and a steep learning curve, and is interested in working in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in the Philippines, as well as the rest of Southeast Asia and APAC.
Professional experience in a consulting, in-house strategy, or business development role is a strong advantage. You will be working in project teams collecting, analyzing, and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders in the market. While travel remains highly limited due to the pandemic and all meetings are virtual, in the future, you will likely travel in the region with our clients on a regular basis.
You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues and insight-driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and, together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong team in place, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in being a team player and not being afraid to roll up their sleeves.
