The Recycling team at Northvolt is now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team.

As Project Manager, you will play an important role in building and develop the lithium battery recycling industry in Europe.

The Project Manager will be in charge of a wide range of projects, one or many in parallel. You will be in charge of projects from idea to completion and executing the development of the recycling facility plants.

In general you have long experience in successful Project Management from a variety of industries, not the least within processing, manufacturing, recycling. Preferably these have been large, innovative and challenging projects with high demands on quality, time management and financial control. Ideally you come from an engineering technical background or similar, and have experienced ambitious international projects and environments.

The person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, who embraces independency as well as teamwork. You will get the chance to have a real impact on our success story in Sweden (to start with) and see the results of your work. Skills & Requirements

Education/Experience

  • A Masters degree in Engineering or MBA/Relevant University Degree

  • 5+ years working experience

  • Track record of successful Project Management ideally in a fast growing environment

  • Must have worked in multi-cultural environment

  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience and interest in Recycling industry is a plus

Specific Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Highly organized and result-driven
  • An eye for detail
  • Exceptionally good co-ordination and problem-solving skills
  • Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
