What do we expect from you?
To help us further grow in these areas, we are currently looking to expand the team with someone who is interested in client relations, a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish companies in their growth journey in Mexico, as well as the rest of Americas and globally.
If you have professional experience from Americas and/or working experience from a sales or business development role, consulting or in-house strategy, it is a strong advantage. You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will travel in the region (and to Europe) on a regular basis.
As Roxen´s representative in Americas, you will need to rapidly establish personal relationships with all existing customers and partners across the region and initiative dialogues with new leads. You will be Roxen´s representative in Americas and work closely with the company´s R&D, sales and admin departments in Europe.

You have a higher academic degree, maybe a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration
You either come straight from university or have 1-2 years of relevant working experience
You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
You have strong skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs and Keynote
You could have experience in InDesign, media and print production
You have exceptional social and team-working skills and thrive on building new relationships
You have a strong tech interest and work with great energy, effort and innovation to understand your clients´ challenges and solve their problems
Experience from Business development, consulting, market analysis, sales support is of advantage
Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a requirement.
