In this position you will be part of our French sales team, working to develop, nurture and convert new clients to our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offering. You will be critical to the long-term growth and success of F-Secure MDR Business Unit.
Our service is designed to counter cyber-attacks from state-sponsored and sophisticated criminal groups, detecting and responding to compromise and attempted compromise across our clients’ IT estates. We have some of the best people in the industry, helping clients to significantly increase their security.
We are looking for a high- calibre individual to join our team and help us to grow our Countercept MDR service business. You will be based at F-Secure Paris office and work with the field team in the region.

The decision to purchase a service like MDR to protect against cyber-attacks from the best attackers in the world typically involves the CISO, CTO, CIO, and occasionally the CEO/MD, and is increasingly seen as fundamentally important for the board’s assurance.

A strong track record of exceeding personal sales targets.
Experience in selling managed service-based solutions – ideally security focused.
Commercial acumen and a strong customer focused approach.
Familiarity with both direct and indirect sales models.
Ability to articulate technical concepts into business insights that can be understood by prospect executives.
The ability to open doors at high level – specifically into the enterprise in the applicable region.
A consistent and logical approach to time management and prioritisation.
Ability to learn quickly, being intellectually curious and a problem solver.
Working well in an environment where micro-management is not part of culture but empowerment is.
Excellent communication skills both in writing and orally.
Prior experience of Information Security and managed service sales.
Fluency in French and English, other language skills an advantage.
