InvoiceReady is a separate business unit within Basware which enables it to operate in an agile manner while leveraging the benefits and synergies of being part of large and recognized global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) leader. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial and highly experienced team and meaningfully contribute to growing the business.

We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead InvoiceReady Consulting and Support teams. The team consists of solution consultants and support consultants who service InvoiceReady customers globally.
Ideal candidate will have a strong background of working with customers, leading people and is experienced in solution consulting. You can build lasting relationship with customers.

You enjoy working with various external and internal stakeholders and dealing with the day to day challenges of a Customer Services organization. You have a high motivation to ensure customer success and to drive continuous improvement in cooperation with our customers, your team and entire InvoiceReady business unit.

In this role you will report to the VP of InvoiceReady business.

As a Manager of Customer Services, you are responsible for:

  • Solution delivery, support and customer satisfaction of over 450 InvoiceReady customers globally
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing as well as manage the team’s workload and profitability
  • Competence development, coaching and performance management of the team members
  • Drive adoption, retention and expansion of the solution among InvoiceReady customer base
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships
  • Work with Account Managers and Partner Sales to support on sales opportunities and development of the relationships
  • Harmonize, document, and further develop InvoiceReady implementation practices
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as other delivery units in Basware, R&D, and Product Management to assure timely and high quality project deliveries
  • Work in international projects and global deployments in a multicultural atmosphere

Skills & Requirements

Ideally you possess the following skills or experience:

  • People & business management experience
  • 5+ years customer relationship management experience

  • Prior background in solution delivery/consulting is an advantage

  • Strong planning and organizational skills. Proven ability to execute on development projects

  • Familiar with business processes related accounts payable and procurement

  • Broad experience in a customer facing, service-oriented role within an ICT environment

  • Experience in continuous business improvement and value creation for the customer, through driving and optimizing the adoption

  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset

  • Committed to meeting objectives, results driven

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and in English
