We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead InvoiceReady Consulting and Support teams. The team consists of solution consultants and support consultants who service InvoiceReady customers globally.
Ideal candidate will have a strong background of working with customers, leading people and is experienced in solution consulting. You can build lasting relationship with customers.
You enjoy working with various external and internal stakeholders and dealing with the day to day challenges of a Customer Services organization. You have a high motivation to ensure customer success and to drive continuous improvement in cooperation with our customers, your team and entire InvoiceReady business unit.
In this role you will report to the VP of InvoiceReady business.
As a Manager of Customer Services, you are responsible for:
Ideally you possess the following skills or experience:
5+ years customer relationship management experience
Prior background in solution delivery/consulting is an advantage
Strong planning and organizational skills. Proven ability to execute on development projects
Familiar with business processes related accounts payable and procurement
Broad experience in a customer facing, service-oriented role within an ICT environment
Experience in continuous business improvement and value creation for the customer, through driving and optimizing the adoption
Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
Committed to meeting objectives, results driven
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and in English
