About the role
In the role as Customer Implementation Manager, you will make sure that our bank and brand partners successfully integrate with the Baase platform. We are looking for a person with 3-5 years’ experience in integrations and technical support preferably within sales finance and fintech and IT project management/project coordination.
As the Customer Implementation Manager at Baase you will be dedicated to interact directly with our banks and brands to ensure a great experience focusing on customer integrations together with experienced IT technicians and partner relationship managers.
Serve with technical integration support over email and in customer meetings
Plan and execute project kick-off and status meetings with partners
Progress reporting to Baase COO and to partners
Track open issues and actively seek partner resolutions
Plan and perform partner training
Requirements and issues gathering from partners and follow up with Baase IT
May participate in new platform releases and integration development activities
Who are you?
It is not important to us whether you have the certification within PMI, Prince II or similar, but that you get your energy from great deliveries. You are customer focused and find it exciting to work in the interface between developers, customers, and different stakeholders. You stay calm in stressful situations; you are an excellent communicator and loves customer interaction. If you are a positive person who enjoys handling many things at the same time, we think you would be a good fit with Baase. You are curious to try out new things and like change. We support new initiatives and if you are a team player, you will fit in. You should like to communicate and to share your knowledge with the other team members.
