Job Description

What You’ll Do

The Implementation Manager will be the first point of contact for new clients after subscribing to Meltwater’s services. The individual will work directly with Meltwater clients delivering implementation, consulting, and execution of services with an emphasis on training clients on the Meltwater platform.
They will be tasked with driving user adoption and setting proper expectations for clients across EMEA within the first 60 days of the subscription.
The individual should have experience working in client account management or client facing roles. Also, have a strong understanding in new media/social media, be a team player, and excited to learn about a variety of industries. Must be able to multitask, and be self-motivated.


- Lead and Manage client implementations
- Become an expert user with all Meltwater offerings
- Assist in configuration and setup of the application based on products purchased and the implementation plan
- Build complex Boolean logic searches
- Deliver and facilitate online and in-person training
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans
- Effectively communicate project status and deliverables with internal and external teams to ensure project success
- Manage multiple client projects at one time
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
- Track milestones in CRM tool and document client interactions and learnings

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years experience in a B2B client-facing role, ideally within the Social Media Marketing or SaaS space
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English, bonus points for Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Well rounded with varied interests, background, and proven leadership experience
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling, and time management
  • Completed university degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
  • Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings to orientate a new client, present applicable functionality to achieve client’s objectives, perform training, and collaborate with clients to address concerns
  • Experience writing complex boolean queries

What to Know?

  • At this time, all Meltwater employees are remote. This role will be started and onboarded remotely.
  • Compensation is base pay + quarterly deliverable achievement bonuses. OTE is ~ £54,000 annually.
