That’s what you’ll do as the Community Manager for our most ambitious project yet - Toca Days, a friendly multiplayer world for children celebrating the excitement and quirkiness of everyday life. A 3D world where kids will be able to play and explore in real time through their own avatar.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibility will be to develop and iterate the community engagement strategy for Toca Days together with the Customer Experience Manager, Toca Days Marketing Manager and also the Toca Days production team
You’ll manage and build relationships with kids on our community platforms, fostering a fun playful community experience that delivers on the strategy goals. Player safety is absolute paramount as our target audience is kids under 13. We have a core of trust amongst parents that let their kids use our apps and we should be seen as an industry leader in this regard with community engagement as well. Decisions should always be made with player safety in mind.
Is this you?
You have experience managing a community platform at admin level as well as experience engaging with communities on social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
As you will be managing our community with a focus on North America it is important that you are fluent in English and have great writing skills.
You believe in the power of play and enjoy working with kids as your target audience.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
