At People Experience, we now have the privilege to recruit a Nordic Recruitment and People Development Manager for Allente.
This is a new role, and while the main part of the frame and scope of the role is already set, there will be a lot of room for you to create and set the agenda of the role onwards.
You will be based out of the Stockholm office, one of Allentes two headquarters, be part of the People and Culture team, and report into the Nordic Chief People Officer.
As the Nordic Recruitment and People Development Manager you will work with attraction, recruitment and development, taking lead in ensuring that Allente can hire and grow the talent needed.
You will design and develop processes, plans and ways of working for recruitment, coach and support managers in all things recruitment, as well as lead your own portfolio of open recruitments. You will implement needed tools and systems for the recruitment process, starting with a blank sheet; Yay!! In collaboration with Marketing and Communications, you will set a strategy for Employer Branding, and deliver this through creative and smart activities. Following the path of the employee journey, once you have attracted and hired the talent, you will be part of ensuring they are offered a great pre- and on-boarding.
In this role you will also play a key part in ensuring the growth and development of Allentes employees, through succession planning, and taking lead in the yearly performance review process. In the area of People Development, you will work together with the People Partners, take lead in dedicated process, develop tools and processes, and offer support to managers.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a relevant university degree, and at least 3-5 years of experience from recruitment. Today, you act as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders you work with on open roles, someone who can offer support, as well as empower and coach managers in their recruitment efforts.
You have experience in Employer Branding, have designed and implemented strategies, and you are not the one to shy away from taking a creative and innovative lead in this area.
You need to be pragmatic, able to plan and priorities, and create structure.
You have proven yourself as a person who takes initiative, a problem solver with a creative mindset.
While you will be the only one in this role at Allente, this is not a one-person job, you need to establish strong relationships with several stakeholders, and we wish to see that you bring with you great experience of creating fruitful collaborations with others.
People development is an area of interest, and you are keen to expand your knowledge in the wider spectra of Talent.
It would be an advantage if you have experience from implementing new systems and tools, as well as if you are certified in any tests used for recruitment and selection.
You must be fluent in English, and in addition to this, any Nordic language would be an advantage.
