Product Manager, Localization services, is a member if Basware´s Country Expansion team and develops our global e-invoicing offering and as needed by the local market requirements (a.k.a. localizing Basware Network offering) in the countries where our customers and partners have presence.
Product Manager, Localization services, is responsible of country capability ramp-up project management and coordination of capability development. Product Manager will be working together with other product managers, sales, compliance management, R&D, delivery and support.
This position is important for enabling Basware and our Consolidator partners business growth where there is a specific need to follow our partners in Latin America.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Design the overall country extension solution and integration (connecting the partner service with Basware´s offering)
Partner integration to Basware´s technical platform – Service capability productization
Manage the service integration project and go-to-market activities related to partner integration and Basware´s service capability and offering
Be a temporary member of customer delivery project team (scoping and schedule)
Create and maintain Service Descriptions, Sales Material and other related documentations of country extension services.
Assist sales with country extension services (i.e. subject matter expert)
Follow up and maintenance of the country specific e-invoicing regulations in the countries with the Compliance Manager
Follow up country e-invoicing regulation developments in countries where e-invoicing clearance models are surging and evaluating their inclusion on the R&D roadmap
Country extension service roadmap management together with the team manager
We would enjoy working with a professional who has/is:
Fluent in English, other languages are advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in software business
Understanding of software development
Strong communication skills with a willingness to proactively communicate to external and internal stakeholders
Previous experience in an international / multi-geographic business environment and in cooperating with teams across geographical and organizational boundaries
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at time, meeting deadlines in pressure
Knowledge of Basware’s offerings is an advantage
End-to-end mindset and capability to think outside box
