Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Training Project Coordinator to join our team in Skellefteå.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
The Training Project Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating the execution of world class training programs for Northvolt Ett. In this role, you take ownership to ensure that all of the people, tools, and infrastructure are in the right place at the right time to make every training feel seamless for those involved.
You will be a part of the Talent organization, but work extremely closely with our production teams at all levels from Operators to Plant Mangers, so great communication skills are a must.
In general you are someone who is incredibly organised, detail oriented, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys making sure that a project delivers according to plan.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the coordination of training activities in for Northvolt Ett such as onboarding sessions, internal trainings, supplier trainings, and external trainings
- Support the development of and manage the execution of the training calendar to ensure that we have the right trainings at the right time
- Manage training logistics including scheduling of resources, spaces, tools and day of support
- Drive project related activities and initiatives in a time-bound and efficient manner
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to garner support and cooperation

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years working experience in relevant fields
- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
- Must enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
