Senior Software Engineer - Knowledge Graph

As a member of the Knowledge Graph team at Meltwater you’ll be part of delivering the next generation of graph and AI based solutions to our global customer base. Our mission is to connect all data within Meltwater, such as news articles, social media posts, companies, brands, products and influencers in order to drive more meaningful insights for our customers. The Knowledge Graph team is a remote first team, meaning that we’re looking for the smartest and most driven people wherever they might be located in the world.

  • Interest in data. In order to deliver valuable insights from vast amounts of data we must become experts of our data and be innovative in how we can discover, transform and model our data

  • Interest in data science. As software engineers we usually don’t create our own models but we do analyze, clean and transform data as well as work closely with our data scientists to use the models they produce

  • Experience of cloud architectures. All our infrastructure is built on AWS and managed through Terraform

  • Graph experience is a plus. We use graph databases such as JanusGraph and AWS Neptune with query languages such as Gremlin and SPARQL
