We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing Sales Team. In this hybrid role you will be tasked with driving and managing the technical evaluation stage of the sales cycle, working together with the sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate. Utilising a blend of technical creativity and business acumen, you will illustrate the value that Mentimeter as a product can provide to our Enterprise customers.
To succeed as a Sales Engineer at Mentimeter, you must be able to engage and articulate product positioning to both business and technical users. You will need to identify potential technical challenges of assigned accounts and assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales cycle.
Through a combination of technical know-how and strong interpersonal skills, you will provide advice and support for various stakeholders (sales, product, legal) within Mentimeter. We are putting a lot of focus on our Enterprise offering and we need someone who will be highly involved in the collaboration between Sales and Product. This is a relatively unique role that will likely require a candidate who can thrive and grow in a hybrid setup/role.
