Qualifications and skills:
Service-oriented, high energy, willing to work with several tasks in parallel;
Experience of IT administration tasks, e.g. basic database searches and analyzing logs in a Linux environment;
Good at collaborating with other roles in the company and with customers;
Experience from customer support is an advantage but not a must;
Experience in bank industry is an advantage but not a must;
Fluent in Polish and in English.
