Do you currently work with support, customer service, testing or delivery of IT systems, preferably in a bank or at a product company within Fintech? Do you want to work in an international environment and have close contact with our teams based in Sweden and Asia?

Skills & Requirements

Areas of work:

  • Together with Key Account Manager and Business Analysts be the interface to our customers;
  • Answer questions from the customer about our system functionality;
  • Respond to customer support cases by monitoring and following up on incoming cases;
  • Plan and carry out tests before new customer upgrades;
  • Plan upgrades of the production systems;
  • Make sure that the system's Batch job is running as planned;
  • Manage configuration changes in the production that the customer orders;
  • Propose and implement preventive measures that improve the customer's operation / use of the system;
  • Participate in on-duty support schedule.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in support, customer service, testing or delivery of IT systems;
  • Basic understanding of Linux, databases and system development;
  • Service-oriented, high energy, willing to work with several tasks in parallel;

  • Experience of IT administration tasks, e.g. basic database searches and analyzing logs in a Linux environment;

  • Good at collaborating with other roles in the company and with customers;

  • Experience from customer support is an advantage but not a must;

  • Experience in bank industry is an advantage but not a must;

  • Fluent in Polish and in English.
