In this role you will work with user research methods in the Experimentation team at Conversionista, and use these in the process of experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You’re humble and flexible in adjusting your way of working to client needs and conditions. Conversion rate optimization, experimentation and data driven methods floats your boat, either you have experience in these areas since before, or your curiosity, drive and willingness to learn will lead you there.
What you will do
You will learn and use both quantitative and qualitative user research methods, to collect data in a structured way. You will work with different teams and competences, and your research will be part of an ongoing optimization process together with other experts. You will develop your skills in how to run suitable user research methods.
Qualitative research such as usability tests, user interviews etc.
Basic quantitative data analyses from e.g. GA, Hotjar, Contentsquare or equivalent
Presentations and reports of data research findings and insights
Run workshops based on the research

- Some experience in conducting some types and methods of Usability Tests.
- Some interview skills, comfortable in interviewing users for research

- Basic knowledge in Sociology, and/or Psychology, Behaviour Psychology or related fields of science.
