Northvolt is establishing its first facility to industrialize and produce battery systems. In order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market, we are establishing a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions in Gdansk, Poland.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support and provide help to users along with facility (Supply Chain/Production/Warehouse)
  • Overall management of MD365 ERP, act as system superuser
  • Optimize business process in ERP
  • Provide Training to Users
  • Implementing and Configuration MD365 required processes
  • Users Control permission management
  • Preparing advance reporting for production, supply chain, and finance
  • Test new functionality, finding ways to optimilize ERP information flow

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience ERP Min. 1 year (Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc) (Pref. Dynamics 365)
  • Fluent English
  • Power BI
  • Supply chain knowledge will be an advantage

  • Cooperate along different areas (Production, Supply Chain, warehouse)

The factory is a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions.

We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a dynamic environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, as well as Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, in Gdansk, for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
