Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance and Reward.

We are now strengthening talent acquisition at Basware and are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global HR to ensure we are well positioned and able to identify, attract and onboard the right talent to Basware. This role resides within Talent Acquisition CoE and will be based in our Chandigarh office.


As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner you are a key player in identifying, attracting and onboarding the right talent to Basware. Your ability to establish long term partnership with business, understanding the talent needs of today and future, as well as your ability to build talent pipeline and deliver the best candidate experience are keys to success in this role.

While taking ownership of end to end recruitment for Basware India and identifying talent that shares the same passion for leading the way, driving customer success, striving for excellence, inspiring and being inspired every day, you are also promoting Basware employer brand within the region. You are an expert, and keen to convert your networks of talent pipelines to potential candidates - and future employees.


  • Acting as talent acquisition subject matter expert and driving end to end recruitment process in India
  • Proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development for various business needs
  • Establishing partnership with hiring business to
    • create high quality job ads and role specific sourcing strategies to identify the right talent for every role
    • identify and select the right talent by facilitating sourcing, interview, assessment and selection process
    • ensure smooth candidate experience and new joiner onboarding
    • support and provide advisory throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage recruitment admin in collaboration with local HR and shared services
  • Ensure compliance to company procedures, policies and local legislation throughout recruitment process
  • Collaborate closely with global HR colleagues and relevant stakeholders to
    • plan and execute employer branding in India/Tricity
    • streamline local recruitment process and service delivery
    • drive and execute preboarding and onboarding with hiring teams
    • ensure compliance to local legislation and data privacy regulations

Skills & Requirements

We would enjoy working with professional, who possess

  • 5+ years of end to end IT recruitment experience, including sourcing, interview & assessment skills; ability to network with internal & external talent and stakeholders; employer branding
  • Passion & desire to proactively drive hiring and support business in closing even the most challenging recruitments
  • Ability to handle diversity of roles at a time, from start to closure with customer service mindset and high quality
  • Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in our fast-paced organizational environment
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Great “can do” -attitude and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Relevant educational background, preferably Bachelor or Master´s degree in HR related discipline, additional Technical degree is an asset
  • Fluent English
