Business Sweden in the UK and Ireland is looking for a talented individual who is eager to be part of developing our business. The team is based in London and consists of 13 consultants with a strong track record. We deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare and transport. Our clients’ businesses are often driven by digitalisation, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, supply chain, sales channel set-up as well as client and partner acquisition.
What do we expect from you?
To help us further grow in these areas, we are currently looking to expand the team with a driven Associate or Consultant. You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in the UK and Ireland, as well as the rest of Europe and globally.
If you have professional experience from the UK and Ireland and/or working experience from a consulting, in-house strategy or business development role, it is a strong advantage. You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will travel in the region with our clients on a regular basis.
You will contribute in supporting senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong and dedicated team, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in analysing market drivers as well as interacting with senior business leaders.

Skills & Requirements
You have a higher academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
You either come straight from university or have 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Associate level), or 2-4 years of experience (Consultant level) preferably from a renowned management consultant or in-house strategy team
You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement
