The Commercial Manager will be a part of our commercial team and be an advisor, working as a bridge between our expert teams and our clients. Our story (short story)
Established in 2010, with the mission to “save humans from digital experiences that suck”. In 2017, Conversionista understood that being an expert wasn’t enough, we needed more leverage to really make a change for our clients. So Conversionista became a part of Curamando. In the same year, both companies, independently of each other, were named Di Gasell in Sweden. Today we are a part of ARC group with more than 400 consultants, where we still get to practice what we started.
We are now looking for a Commercial Manager with the right eye for customer relations, business acumen and unique leadership qualities, to join the team.
What you will do
As a Commercial Manager, you will have the strategic and business ownership for a number of our clients. Your stakeholders will mainly be on a C-level, where you will balance your commercial strength with excellent service.
Your daily agenda will include leading and coordinating client assignments, supporting our digital expert teams throughout the client delivery process together with credible client advisory where you in a structured way make sure that you and your team of experts follow the plan and solve your clients’ challenges.
But you know that is not enough, because that would only be meeting expectations, you however always want to exceed the expectations. In other words, you will fix that flat tire as you promised but in order to build a strong relationship with your client, you will oil the machine as well. That’s the cornerstones of successful account management.
You are the right person if
If you want to be a part of Conversionistas journey and create your own, you will need to have a proven track record of achieving commercial targets such as revenue, margin, etc. Experience in the digital sphere but not limited to Website design, User Experience, Creative, CRO, Growth. You‘ve got the trinity of Budget, Time, and Scope in your backbone, otherwise, everything above would be impossible.
