Northvolt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate team of Manufacturing recruiters. We are based out of Stockholm, Västerås and Skellefteå and are now looking for an additional colleague with focus on recruitment towards Northvolt Ett in Skellefteå. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building the culture in our first giga-factory in Skellefteå.

You will be in charge of leading full-cycle recruitment processes for our manufacturing organization focusing on specialist roles (e.g. maintenance and technicians) but also volume roles (e.g. machine operators). By joining our team, you will not only have the chance to bring on great manufacturing candidates but contribute to building and improving our volume recruitment processes in close collaboration with the team.

You will join a geographically dispersed team and you get excited about the idea to work in a remote team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading recruiting processes for manufacturing roles (e.g. maintenance technicians, operators, material handlers, logistic specialists) independently from beginning to end.
  • Improving our volume recruitment processes to ensure highly talented inflow of candidates in a scalable manner
  • Contributing to strengthen our supportive team of manufacturing recruiters
  • Collaborating with other recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders in order to identify top talent

Skills & Requirements


  • A relevant university degree in a HR/Business is a merit but not a must
  • A couple of years of experience from leading recruitment processes independently from beginning to end and if you have worked with volume recruitment processes that is a plus.
  • Good understanding of recruiting processes for manufacturing roles (e.g. maintenance, technicians, operators, logistic specialists), preferably you have even worked with these roles before.
  • If you even have some experience from talent search when it comes to the roles we are responsible for, this is a merit.
  • Experience from working successfully in multi-cultural environments is a plus.
  • Experience from working successfully in remote teams is a plus.

Specific Skills/Abilities

  • Passion for recruitment, candidate experience and finding exceptional talent for Northvolt with a focus on diversity and gender equality.
