Job Description

The Marketing team at Meltwater directly contributes to the business by engaging with existing clients and prospects to convert them as leads to generate sales. We do so by working closely with the sales teams as well as using data analytics to make sure we create the right marketing deliverables and use the right channels to drive engagement, leads and ultimately leads and revenue. We do this through demand generation planning in field and digital marketing.

We are searching for a digital marketer with proven expertise in performance marketing, who is also a talented writer (i.e. you know how to increase CVR through great ads and enjoys testing content on landing pages).

As Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for our English performance marketing in english regions across EMEA. You will be working with creation of english digital ads, landing page content, CRO initiatives as well as digital lead generation flows - all using the Google Tech Stack as well as paid ads on social platforms. You will also be supporting our field team with optimising the digital local language initiatives.

The Role
Coming in, you will play a crucial role in further developing Meltwater's digital marketing strategy and business impact of our performance marketing initiatives. After a recent relaunch of our website, there is the opportunity for a self-starter to establish new and exciting ways to generate leads as well as improve the existing performance marketing setup.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for our english performance marketing in EMEA (everything from strategy to execution)
  • Create landing pages for performance marketing (everything from idea, design, content and publishing)
  • Run A/B tests of landing pages and website content for better results
  • Write digital ads (such as Google Ads)
  • Look into performance data and analytics to support your next move
  • Take ownership for our EMEA Google Ads strategy and support our field teams across different languages
  • Work with BDR´s in improving lead quality and conversion rates
  • Manage relationships with our performance marketing agency
  • Ensure correct tracking is in place (Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM) and improve our digital insights reporting to support our demand generation team

What you have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of similar experience
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience and In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (need to have)
  • In-depth knowledge of Google´s Tech Stack (need to have)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Facebook Business Manager
  • A flair for crafting compelling, persuasive copy in both long and short form
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Knowledge of Marketo (nice to have)
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments
  • Solution and goal oriented
  • Dedicated individual with good work ethics
  • Proactive and able to present new ideas
  • A passion for growth marketing
  • Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and manage projects independently
