What we are looking for
You always put the customer first and are passionate about delivering a great customer experience in everything you do. You currently work with or have a background working hands-on within CRM. Which industry, large corporation or start-up is not the most important here, your know-how is. You are confident with setting CRM strategies and have a track record of successfully implementing a customer centric way of working in an organization.
The structure and preparation needed to deliver a first-class customer experience in all touch points with the customer comes natural to you. You have a personal commitment to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty based on customer data and insights. We are looking for someone with extensive experience of all components of CRM including customer journey mapping, customer insights and customer communication.
You have in-depth experience within one or several CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Daily discussions regarding development roadmaps for CRM with product owners, developers and external suppliers is something you feel comfortable with. Based on your experience you can also argue for pros and cons between different solutions with potential clients from diverse industries and with various digital maturity.
