Do you have what it takes to enable the future of energy? Northvolt Revolt is right now looking for a Quality Health Safety Environment Manager focused on the Recycling process. You will be given the opportunity to design, develop and deploy control systems within the procedures of the li-ion battery recycling as well as being a part of building one of the first European large-scale lithium-ion battery recycling plants.

We are searching for a QHSE Manager with experience in coordinating, conducting safety inspections and identify workplace hazards to correct them. In the role as a QHSE Manager at Revolt the daily work include waste management and arrange disposal procedures and following legislation for all Revolt operations. This includes identifying waste materials, training others on the proper safety guidelines to follow, and conducting risk assessments on hazardous materials.

Skills & Requirements

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Check and support the Technical Engineers in design phase within area of ​​responsibility, so that it complies with all current safety regulations and that all employees are aware of QHSE requirements and are prepared to follow QHSE procedures.
  • Analyze inspection and incident information to identify root causes and trends, and develop and ensure implementation of preventive or corrective practices. Work with operational leadership to assess effectiveness of QHSE program activities, policies, and procedures and implement changes to improve results and achieve objectives.
  • Perform inspections regarding QHSE risks or hazards and recommend corrective action.
  • Responsibility for Revolt Pilot QHSE & Waste management
  • Maintain knowledge of current health, environmental and safety regulations as well as recycling industry best practices.
