You will be responsible for providing operational support and proactive training for our key accounts portfolio with the goal to increase the quantity and quality of product and user engagement.

What to expect as a Key Account Manager

  • A customer facing role with a personal quota
  • Understanding customer needs and creating account growth opportunities to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Act as a consultant in order to ensure product implementation & usage
  • Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
  • Proactively engage with Client Success colleagues across the region and share knowledge with colleagues in other offices, often involving travel
  • Act as ambassador for client development throughout the Meltwater Group
Skills & Requirements
  • 2+ years Client Success / Account Management experience

  • Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English and Arabic is a must

  • University degree (relevant field advantageous)

  • Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to present to high level executives in face to face meeting and teleconferences

  • Technical skills: Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals

  • Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
