Strategy is our light in the darkness, our gut check, our groundwork – you get the gist.
So if you want to see your analysis and strategic directions turn into beautiful and effective communication, read on. We’re looking for an experienced strategist that is equally great at building relationships with our clients, as they are collaborating with our creatives and media strategists. You’ll be part of the entire journey – from debriefing the client to effectiveness evaluation, contributing with your strategic perspective along the way.

What you will be doing:

  • A trusted partner for our clients – both strategically and holistically
  • Keeping track of the big picture as well as the details. Whether it’s setting a yearly plan or making sure a banner or film script is on strategy – you’re on it
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities within our clients
  • Identifying the right KPIs to measure, setting up tracking and leading evaluation for projects
  • Holding inspiring creative briefings that help us develop distinctive creative concepts and ideas
  • Contributing to the continuous development of our strategic offering
  • A great presenter, prepping and pitching proposals to our clients
  • Driving new business pitches

Skills & Requirements

Who you are:

We assume that you have at least three years of experience from an agency background (or a comparable role) in order to succeed, as that will have given you the tools and knowledge to conduct relevant research (both primary and secondary) and to package it into inspiring insights and presentations. It also means that you are familiar with the creative process and can hold creative briefings internally, as well as workshops with clients to facilitate decision making.
