As a UX Researcher, you will help our team gain a deeper understanding and empathy for our users, which in turn lets us improve the product to better meet their goals and needs. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and Data Scientists to identify research questions and figure out how to best answer them.

You will join a great and fast-moving team, a company in hyper-growth with a progressive and inclusive culture. We have a diverse user group with over 100 million users from over 150 countries.

What you'll do:

  • Learn about our users and how they use Mentimeter today, as well as how they want to use the product in the future

  • Work closely with our product teams to identify research questions and build a research plan

  • Identify the best methods to use based on the research questions, time and resources available

  • Define, plan and perform user research

  • Communicate and document research findings and advice going forward so that we can use them to create the best possible product

  • Complement our quantitative data with qualitative findings

Skills & Requirements

We believe you have:

  • A few years of experience working with qualitative research, from hypothesis to analyzed results and recommendations

  • Experience with planning, prioritizing, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research in a variety of contexts

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • A degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, or another relevant field

  • Experience working with agile software development teams

  • Experience using tools for qualitative research, such as usertesting.com, Dovetail, or similar

Not required:

  • You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
