Gnosco is looking for a Sales Director, a key employee to join our team and be part of the management team. What can you expect in the role?

To reach our vision and our growth plans, Gnosco expands the team further. The role require delivering on set goals but also freedom with responsibility. Main focus will be to scale the sales further both with new prospects and existing large health care providers. Gnosco has some large Regions in Sweden as customers that can be developed further, but also several regions in prospect phase. The role also include working close with the rest of Gnosco team including Sales executives, Customer success managers, Product manager, etc. Another important responsibility is to secure customer satisfaction. Stakeholders can be doctors, IT-department, business development, purchasing or management.

There are future possibilities to also be involved in sales for other Nordic countries.

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role we expect you have:

  • Extensive experience in both strategic and operational work of sales towards public and private health care providers in Sweden.
  • Experience from public tenders
  • Customer-Centric (understands current needs and can identify future opportunities)
  • Experience in building customer pipeline as well as growing existing large client accounts.
  • Previously sold IT-solutions and related services
  • Experience from building and leading high performing team
  • Technical competence & understanding
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, verbal and written

You are able to work on your own, take initiatives and have a strong personal drive. An interest in digital health is expected as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. You are used to work with classic sales like phone calls and physical meetings but also modern digital sales methods.

To suit this position you have a positive state of mind, are a team player and sees opportunities instead of problems.

About the company

Gnosco provides a CE-certified digital teledermatology solution called Dermicus for fast and secure diagnosis of skin cancer and wounds. Dermicus is used by health care professionals and the system involves a mobile phone, mobile app and a web-platform. Clinical data and images are rapidly and easily collected by using the phone and sent to specialists for assessment, diagnosis and advice for treatment.

Dermicus improves the patient experience with faster diagnosis and it increases communication and collaboration between the healthcare providers. In addition, Dermicus provides a continuous E-learning platform for doctors and nurses to enable the adoption of teledermatology and supporting transformational change within the healthcare system.
