You’ll be part of the Growth & Insights here at Toca Boca supporting the production of digital toys for kids all across the globe.
What you’ll be doing
Together with our user research manager you will conduct, analyse and present market and user research findings but also take part in planning the overall research strategy.
You will work closely with our marketing team and be the go-to person for any insight requests the team might have and help them create clear goals and hypotheses for the research needed. You will be responsible for planning market research activities and buying reports and studies that can support the teams decision making, including our brand tracker.
You will visualize and communicate the gathered insights and foresights in inspiring and engaging ways.Together with the rest of the growth and insights team you will also follow through to help the product teams implement those findings.
Is this you?
You are an experienced researcher who is used to working with the end user to gain insights, and you are interested in working with kids as the main user group.
You know how to translate insights gained from your research into stories that are widely understandable to anyone. And you enjoy sharing those stories.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
