We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to spearhead our partner marketing & channel management strategy and execution in North and South America. As the Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to build our partner marketing function from early stages and own the strategic and tactical execution of building our brand and lead gen funnel with partners.
A successful candidate should have experience with mid to large, channel-focused software or digital commerce organizations. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of joint marketing plans with Vaimo’s platform, technology, marketing, and sales partners. As such, the candidate needs a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing plans, has excellent networking and program building expertise, and can balance the needs and direction of the sales and executive team. This role reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Proactively build relationships with marketing counterparts at partner organizations
Seek out & activate marketing opportunities for awareness building and lead generation
Plan & maintain a calendar of activities, manage deliverables and optimize the value
Manage all aspects of sponsored and co-sponsored events, webinars, and conferences
Work closely with marketing leadership, external agencies, and the executive team on the development of compelling campaign copy & marketing content
Develop a variety of content formats (e.g. written copy, print collateral, landing pages, event invites/promotion materials, graphical or video assets)
Assessment and reporting of campaign KPIs and outcomes based on defined success criteria
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline marketing engagement
Skills & Requirements
7+ Years in a similar channel marketing role in digital commerce business
Experience driving growth programs for channel partners
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional presentation and analytical skills
Self-starter and able to execute with minimal direction
Ability to see the big picture and possibilities
Experience using marketing automation tools and reporting systems (Hubspot)
Working knowledge of digital channels and tools to promote software products
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
