Take the opportunity to join one of Swedens most iconic women´s clothing brand, since we are looking for a new German speaking Country Lead to our Social Commerce team.
As a Social Commerce Country Lead, you will be responsible for Influencer marketing on our key market Germany. This means that a big part of your daily work will involve creating and establishing relationships with top influencers by working with paid collaborations, and other activities to create brand awareness and drive sales. You will continuously develop, follow up, analyze and evaluate the results of all the collaborations you manage.
You will be a part of a small Social Commerce team passionated about sales and results. A tight team that support each other to reach their goals on their own markets.
They love to brainstorm new creative ideas together with our marketing team.
Your job assignments include
Plan sales foucused campaigns for German-based influencers
Being responsible for all paid collaborations with influencers in Germany
Negotiate about price and agreements
Create orders and make sure the influencers have materials that are up to date.
Analyze and evaluate the results
Skills & Requirements
We believe you have
Knowledge in German and English, both written and spoken
Some previous work experience with influencers and sales
A strong and clear communication skills both in speaking and writing
A huge interest in sales, fashion and social media in general
It´s a plus
If you have experience in Google Analytics and Centra
If you have experience in a team leading role
If you have good knowledge in Microsoft Office
