In SF Studios we are working with both film and TV distribution and production. We are distributing our own productions as well as external productions, ranging from local films, independent films to majors such as Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, and Universal Pictures. The distribution of content is both to movie theatres and through home entertainment. Home Entertainment Distribution launch around 70 Theatrical films yearly and have an impressive catalog of approx. 4 000 film titles and a broad TV slate.

As our Sales & Marketing coordinator, you will support the Nordic Home Entertainment Sales & Marketing team with various administrative tasks and be part of different projects. In your day-to-day work, you will be involved in many areas such as:
Support the Nordic Sales and Marketing team in coordinating campaigns with together with our clients
Be part of planning and executing campaigns for new releases and existing catalogue
Responsible for creating and sending monthly newsletter to clients
Be part of our daily dialogue with the Theatrical team in planning common activities, material planning and evaluate potential common promotional activities
Support in tracking/executing social media campaigns
Coordinate material needed for launches – such as ordering social media spots, POS material, upload material on our press site etc.
Maintain the press site with updated information and material.
Coordinate the release planning process both internally and externally
Plan for digital distribution/orders, e.g through ordering DVD/Blu-rays
General administrative duties (presentations, downloading assets etc.).
Assist in communication with journalists
Skills and requirements
To be our perfect match, we believe you:
Have a higher education within the marketing field or equivalent.
Preferably some (one to two years) work experience from a media agency, advertising agency or company that works with FMCG.
Are familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
Have great project managing and coordinating skills
Are used to working with many stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Have a strong interest in movies and TV series.
As a person, you are structured, self-going and have an analytical mind. You are a self-starter and take ownership of your tasks – from start to the finish line. You take pride in delivering correct and on time. You can manage your time and prioritize to make the most value for each individual film and TV title.
