The Role

Reporting directly to the director of business development, you will be working with our new business area (Clio Partners), scaling out our international SaaS solution targeted at traditional publishers and educational companies that are in need of a digital platform and expertise.

You will be the team's lead on sales, outreach and customer relationships and play a substantial role in turning Clio Partners into an international success.

The position is expected to initially include the managerial responsibility of one key account manager, whom you will take part in hiring throughout 2021. As our customer portfolio is growing, the team is expected to grow further.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • leading and managing our sales processes, pipeline and key accounts for our international partnership business

  • reaching out to new potential customers and building a strong relationship

  • establishing pitches and building prospects and quotes for future customers

  • leading the idea generation and execution of commercial initiatives to improve conversion for new customers

  • partaking in establishing strategic partnerships with modular vendors or international education companies.

What makes you the right candidate?

The need for our solutions is vast. To seize this opportunity, we need a skilled and experienced sales manager to lead our sales and customer pipeline.

You are an experienced sales person that has experience in working with building international sales relationships.

We are ambitious, and you need to be as well. You are ready to take on the challenge of leading the sales initiatives on an international SaaS solution.

  • You have extended sales experience in working with customers internationally, preferably in selling either tech or SaaS solutions.

  • You are a go-getter that will do (almost) whatever it takes to get that initial contact and meeting.

  • You are full of ideas for how you can advise customers and solve their needs, and you have experience in selling dynamic products.

  • You have an entrepreneurial and inventive mindset full of ideas for how to reach customers in alternative ways (e.g. through partnerships, affiliate collaborations etc.).

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.

  • You speak and write English fluently – preferably also one or more of the other most commonly spoken languages in the field.

You will be part of an experienced market-leading EdTech company with 150 brilliant colleagues in the Nordics, who know (almost) all there is to know about EdTech.

You will be working from our Copenhagen office in central Copenhagen, where we offer flexible working hours, healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch and a social and welcoming work environment. The position is expected to require 20–40 traveling days per year.

Pension scheme, health insurance and salary package (including a commission plan) depending on qualifications and experience.

The position is full-time, and we hope that you can begin in February 2021 at the latest.
