We are looking for a Sales Manager with the desire and ability to develop your skills to become a leading sales person in the ecommerce sector. Our sales team focuses on providing strategy, development and delivery services to organisations wanting to develop and optimise the ecommerce capabilities. With a solid background lead generation in the technology services sector, you are itching to move into sales.

The successful candidate is an experienced lead generator, knows how to prospect, qualify, define a strategy and pitch a standard sales story. You are now ready to start responding to RFPs, tailoring messaging to build relevancy, manage the sales process and wanting to learn how to negotiate and close a deal, whilst providing your client with the solution and capability their business needs.
We look for people who have the capability to be comfortable running a workshop with the CxO or their technical teams to help turn their vision into a reality for the future growth of the company; through to spending long hours formulating detailed RfP responses with our subject matter experts; to negotiating contracts for complex solutions. You will need to want to learn how to close deals ranging from £200k to over £1m in contract value.

Execute on the territory sales strategy by:
1. Develop opportunities through prospecting and qualification
2. Developing account plans and tailoring responses and presentations
3. Define and present value propositions to prospects
4. Undertaking RFPs
5. Working with your colleagues, estimate, present, sell and contract services solutions
6. Driving outbound leads in coordination with marketing
7. Managing your inbound lead queue and qualify leads
8. Conduct customer meetings and attend workshops
9. Answer requests and lead the RFI / RFP processes
10. Project manage large sales processes
11. Attend corporate events, conferences and exhibitions as required
12. You help translate the requirements from the client into solutions by arranging and facilitating workshops and working with clients to understand and translate their business requirements into reality
13. Regularly attend training courses to develop and maintain required skill set
