The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.
Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.
Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
The Practice of People Enablement team in Basware Customer Services (CS) is responsible for driving the use and development of the internal training portfolio, that is targeted internally for CS employees as well as for our extensive Partner network consultants. Our main mission is to proactively ensure that the training portfolio meets the evolving needs of the business in terms of quality, availability and scalability, while innovating further possibilities to enhance these metrics.
We want to welcome a new member to the global practice team with coordinating responsibilities around the internal training events, and in general in the domain of People Enablement. The objective of the role is to maximize the value gained from our internal training portfolio in our Learning Management System, by ensuring that the portfolio is well structured, comprehensive, up-to-date and contain high quality content. The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the updates to the courses as well as organizing and facilitating the live virtual training events. Next to specific assignments this position plays a key role in managing the learning related KPI metrics in the unit as well as managing the learning management system from CS point of view, together with other key users.
In order to thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to be social to be able to manage participations details and invitations to the training events, as well as secure subject matter experts to these events. In addition, the team is a global and multinational team so it is required to be fluent in both spoken and written English. Furthermore, in the position the responsibilities consists of following:
Act as CS function's key user of the learning management system
Coordinate and facilitate centrally delivered CS Portfolio live trainings
Continuously follow-up the registrations and participation requests
Facilitate events by sending out participation details and invitations
Continuously manage the schedule planning and training calendar
Actively enhance the CS Training Portfolio's structure in LMS (courses, programs, categories)
Monitor and analyze learning KPI and drive continuous improvement on the available content relating to the learning KPI.
Monitor and analyze statistics and feedbacks, to drive continuous improvement on the course contents
Manage CS employee licensing to external training systems like LinkedIn Learning
To succeed we expect:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, fluent English both written and spoken.
