The Inside Sales Department is a central part of the rapidly growing Sales Organization at Unifaun. Focus is to develop, build and maintain new as well as existing customer accounts, across all Unifaun offerings towards the SMB segments. The Inside Sales function is also responsible for Business Development based on leads generated by the Marketing function. Success measures for the function is to drive sales towards new and existing accounts, maintain existing revenue, secure high customer satisfaction throughout the client base. What will you do?

Inside Sales focus on developing, building, and maintaining new as well as existing customer accounts, working throughout Unifaun product portfolio and offerings to small and medium-sized companies and business segments. The role as Inside Sales Representative is a quota-carrying sales position that manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within your territory. You are responsible for driving sales to new and existing accounts by proactively generate new pipeline opportunities, maintaining existing revenues, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the customer base.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious business-oriented individual who wants to take the next career move and be a part of and develop within a growing high-performing team. You have a background in and a big passion for sales, you are a go-getter with an energetic personality. You are a self-starter and have a structured way of working while taking ownership for your daily tasks and accountability for your pipeline and results. You are a true team player that collaborate and share knowledge with your colleagues regarding objection handling and best practices.

Who are you?

  • 1-5 years of experience from B2B sales preferably from supply chain-, logistics, or transport industry.
  • Experience of selling to new accounts as well as existing accounts.
  • Experience software (preferably SaaS or E-com etc.) and CRM or similar.
  • Strong Communication Skills. Fluent in Swedish and English
