Our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) business provides a service that detects and responds to cyber-attacks on behalf of our clients using a strong combination of people, process and technology. The technology platform – consisting of a cloud backend, agent software and D&R specialist tools - we use is designed and built in-house by the F-Secure engineering team specifically to support a highly effective MDR service. How are doing then? Our most recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey among F-Secure MDR customers gave us a score of 54. Great testament to that fact that we protect our customers effectively and we do it smoothly.

We’re looking for people who have a desire for sales, and are either looking to jump-start, or continue to drive their sales career forward, in a market that is forecast to grow at a 5 year CAGR of >16%.

Sales Development Representatives are responsible for…

  • Being the front line of new business growth for F-Secure’s MDR Business Unit
  • Targeted lead generation, qualification and prioritization, and related activities
  • Contacting new potential customers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Security Analysts, Risk Officers, etc.) to schedule meetings on behalf of the sales managers, working towards weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Coordinating with our awesome sales and marketing teams, to support and synchronize various lead generation activities
  • Building relevant Subject Matter Expertise to enable effective networking on social media through blogs, video posts, insightful commentary, and value adding engagements with potential customers
